New car on Marcel fridge purchase

Popular Bangladeshi brand Marcel has announced new offer on its fridge purchase centering the upcoming holy Eid-ul-Fitr. Customers who will buy Marcel refrigerators or freezers would get brand new car by registering the product under the ongoing Digital Campaign season 4. Moreover, customers would get fridge, TV, AC, various sorts of electronics and electrical appliances or sure cash voucher up to Tk 100,000. Marcel is conducting the Digital Campaign to provide swift and fast after sales service to customers.  SM Ashraful Alam, managing director of the local brand made the declaration at a programme held at the Corporate Office in the capital recently, said a press release.  Executive Directors Eva Rezwana, Nazrul Islam Sarker, Humayun Kabir, Md. Rayhan, Mohammod Sirajul Islam, Golam Murshed, Ariful Ambia, Amin Khan and head of Marcel’s sales Md. Shakhawat Hossen were present.

Earlier, Marcel conducted three more seasons of Digital Campaign in which customers got brand new cars, motorcycles, refrigerators, TVs, various sorts of electronics and electrical appliances along with sure cash back up to Tk 1 lakh. 

The new offer has been included to the ongoing campaign after witnessing huge response from customers across the country.

Md. Shakhawat Hossen said: “We have more than hundred models of frost, non-frost, freezer and beverage cooler in the local market. In addition to 1-year replacement facility on fridges, compressor guarantee has been raised to 12 years. Besides, the demand for Marcel fridge has increased in the market due to affordability opportunities and installment facilities with online based swift and best after sales services.”

“We have already achieved remarkable success to fridge sales target and posted 164 percent growth on first 4 months of the current year than the last year. We hope that the sale of refrigerators and freezers would increase further due to this new car offer,” he added.

Amin Khan said: “Under the ogoing digital campaign, the details of the customers and their purchased products including the name of customer, contact number and the model number of the product purchased are being stored on a server through the digital registration. As a result, customers can avail the service from any Marcel service center any time, even if the warranty card is lost.”

In the offer declaration programme, sales officials were awarded for their outstanding contribution in the refrigerator sales growth and promotional activities for the ongoing digital campaign. A cake was also cut to celebrate the success.
