National Education Week observed in Nabinagar

The Upazila National Education Week and Bangabandhu Creative Talent Search Competition have been organized by the Secondary Education Office in Nabinagar of Brahmanbaria district.

This year, 'Bangabandhu Creative Talent Search Competition' was named after the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.

On Tuesday at 1 pm in the Upazila Parishad Conference Room, Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Ekramul Siddique presided over the speech, Upazila Secondary Education Officer Mokaram Hossain, Academic Supervisor Iti Begum Principal of Nabinagar Women's College Kantikumar Bhattacharya, Principal of Sufiabad Shah Sufi Syed Azmat Ullah Madrasa Enamul Haque Qutubi.

Headmaster of Nabinagar Ichchamayi Pilot High School Kawsar Begum, Headmaster Alaminul Haque, Assistant Teacher Mainul Islam Chowdhury were present.

Addressing the winning students, the guests said, "These are the golden boys who will build Bangabandhu's golden Bengal." Our teachers need to keep an eye on them. This talent must be retained. The speakers hoped that Bangabandhu's creative talent search competition would play a leading role in spreading merit-based education.

Later, certificates and prizes were distributed to 13 people in the Bangabandhu Creative Talent Search Competition and 56 people among the head of the institution, teachers and students during the National Education Week.
