A murder case petitioner of Fatulla thana in Narayanganj being dissatisfied at the case investigator had submitted a written application to the police headquarters on June 3, asking for shifting the investigation from Fatulla police station to Police Bureau Investigation in Narayanaganj.

An educated young man and lone son of Sharif Madbor, 27, was hacked to death by local criminal gang on April 1, 2020 in front of his house in broad daylight at Adarsh Nagar village under Fatulla model police station.

The father of the deceased Alal Madbor filed a murder case on that day with Fatulla model police station (case number-2) accusing 11 on the FIR and unnamed others.

Inspector Shahadat Hossain has been investigating the case but the  complainant in his written application stated that he was not pleased with the investigation at all.

Slain Sharif’s father Alal Madbor seeking for the transfer of the case investigation from the present agency submitted a written application to the police headquarters on June 3 bearing the serial no-625.

The police headquarters sent a letter to Narayanganj police superintendent on June 11 bearing memo no-931.

Narayanganj police super office sent a letter to police headquarters on July 2 bearing memo number-2482.

The petitioner of the murder case is moving from one office to another office again and again but the final order from the higher authorities did not reach Narayanganj PBI office so far, petitioner claimed.

Alal Madbor expressed his apprehension that the delay of shifting the case might give a chance to the   previous investigator to impair the case merit.
