Mazar and Khanka caretaker conference was held at the conference room of Kishoreganj Circuit House on Tuesday.
Islamic Foundation organsied the conference with its Deputy Director Mohammad Faruque Ahmed in the chair.
Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC-General) Abdullah Al Mashud attended the function as the chief guest, while district Awami League's Religious Affairs Secretary AKM Shamsul Islam Khan Masum, Sanak President Saiful Haque Molla Dulu, Field Officer of Islamic Foundation Mohammad Abu Bakar Siddique, caretaker of Baulai Pir Shaheb Barir Khanka Syed Nurul Awal Taramia and caretaker of Mohammedia Darbar Sharif of Dewanbari Dewan Syed Masnad Ali spoke on the occasion, among others. Journalists Sajan Ahammed Papon and Aminul Hoque Sadi were also present at the conference.
Supervisors of various shrines and khankas of the district and alem-ulama joined the programme.
Later, a special munajat was offered seeking divine blessing for people of the country.
