One person was killed and six others sustained injuries in a head-on collision between a bus and a four-wheeler at Shikolbaha Crossing area in Karnaphuli upazila of Chattogram on Friday.
The deceased was-- identified as Jamal Uddin, 30, son of Shah Alam—a resident of Ramgati upazila of Lakshmipur.
The injured of the accident are having treatment at different wards of Chattogram Medical College Hospital, said Assistant Sub Inspector (ASI) of CMCH Police outpost Shilbrat Barua. Jamal Uddin wa pronounced dead at the hospital, ASI said.
