An International Seminar on “Infrastructure Development & Technical Insight” was held on Saturday at Auditorium Hall of Canadian University of Bangladesh.
Talking to the Bangladesh Post on Sunday, Major ( Rtd) Afijur Rahman Roktim, Director( Media and Communication) confirmed it.
The Office of External Affairs of the University had organized the seminar with a view to connecting global knowledge.
Vice Chancellor Professor H M Jahirul Haque presided over the session . He also delivered the opening speech . Virtual Dean of School of Science & Engineering of Canadian University of Bangladesh Patrick Tangney addressed as the chief guest. He thanked university authorities for undertaking such arrangement through which participants can learn significant insights of infrastructure development. He hoped that the students would be highly benefited from this seminar. On behalf of all students and staff, Dean of School of Science & Engineering of CUB, Professor Syed Akhter Hossain expressed vote of thanks. The Seminar was moderated by Director of the External Affairs, Anusha Chowdhury. Deans of the Faculties, Head of Departments and respected faculties were also present.
