India face New Zealand in first WC semifinal today

Team India, the only Asian team which remained in the ongoing ICC Men’s World Cup, are all set to take on New Zealand in the first semifinal of the event on Tuesday at Emirates Old Trafford, Manchester.

India booked their name in the semifinal as the number one team at the end of the league stage. They won seven out of their nine league matches and lost one while the other one was washed out due to rain.

On the other hand, New Zealand reached to the semifinal after winning five matches out of their nine matches in the league stage. They are fourth team in the chart.
