ICSB holds training on statutory reporting and RJSC filing

Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh (ICSB)offeredtraining on ‘Statutory Reporting and RJSC filing for Compliance to the Regulatory Requirements’ held on Saturday at ICSB office, Bangla Motor in the capital. 

Md Zakir Hossain, Secretary & CEOwelcomed all the resource persons and participants and emphasized on the importance of RJSC filing system. 

The training program was inaugurated by the President of ICSB Mohammad Asad Ullah FCS. In his speech, he also shared about the activities of ICSB and discussed about the CS profession. 

He added that this initiative of ICSB will enhance competencies of the participants and help them to keep their knowledge updated. 

M Nurul Alam FCS, Senior Vice Presidentof ICSB and Coordinator of the training programme introduced the panel of resource persons of the training and welcomedall participants. In hisspeech, he focusedon the importance ofstatutory reporting and RJSC filing for compliance with the regulatory requirements.

Abul Kalam, Director (General) of Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC), Mohammed Mahadi Hasan CFA, Chief Regulatory Officer (CRO) of Chittagong Stock Exchange PLC, Md Rabiul Islam, Assistant General Manager & Head, Listing Affairs Department of Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC, Zikra Amin PAA, Programmer, Office of the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms (RJSC).
