Genex Infosys signed an agreement with City Bank,to provide Managed Contact Center Services in outsourced model. Under this agreement part of City’s customer service operation will be outsourced to Genex, a smart innovator in Customer Experience Management. Through this partnership the bank aims to excel the top-quality services to its larger customer base andpromote new and exciting offerings.
In presence of DMD and Chief Information Officer Kazi Azizur Rahman, Head of Retail Banking of City Bank Arup Haider and Co-founder and CEO of Genex Prince Mojumder, along with other department heads and officials from both parties were present at the signing ceremony held recently.
