A three-day long fruit fair started on the compund of Chuadanga Department of Agricultural Extension Office on Monday with the theme "Fruit nutrition means smart agricultural Bangladesh".
Deputy Commissioner of Chuadanga Dr. Kissinger Chakma inaugurated the fruit fair as the chief guest.
After the inauguration, a rally was brought out from Department of Agricultural Extension Office premises. They circled the area and returned at the Department of Agricultural Extension Office.
Later, a discussion was held in the conference room of Department of Agricultural Extension. Deputy Director of Department of Agricultural Extension Bevas Chandra Saha presided over the meeting. Chuadanga District Livestock Officer Dr. Md. Sahabuddin, Additional Deputy Director Momrez Ali, Sadar Upazila Agriculture Officer Afrin Binte Aziz, Damurhuda Upazila Agricultural Officer Sharmin Akhter, and Jibannagar Upazila Agricultural Officer Alamgir Hossain were present at the program. Saplings were distributed among the farmers after the discussion.
