Dry weather likely

Bangladesh Meteorological Department on Friday predicted that weather would remain mainly dry with temporary cloudy sky over the country in the next 24 hours commencing at 9 am, reports BSS.  Light to moderate fog may occur at some places over the country from late night to Saturday morning, said a Met office bulletin issued Friday morning. Night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country, the bulletin said. 

The highest temperature on Thursday was recorded 31 degrees Celsius in Sitakunda of Chattogram division, while Friday’s minimum temperature was 11.3 degrees Celsius in Srimangal of Sylhet division.  The sun sets at 5.57 pm on Friday and rises at 6.27 am on Saturday in the capital.
