Dhamairhat mobile Court fines shops for hygiene rule breach

On the first day of the government's lockdown announcement against the corona virus at the TNT intersection in Dhamairhat, Naogaon, a mobile court raided a shop without a mask and fined those without a mask. The drive was led by Upazila Nirbahi Officer Ganapati Roy and Dhamairhat Police Station Officer-in-Charge Mohammad Abdul Momen.

UNO Ganapati Roy conducted the raid at the TNT junction and Amaitara Biharinagar Bazar around 11:30 am on Monday. At that time, mobile court fined two people according to the rules for not using the mask due to the opening of the shop. Masks are also distributed among pedestrians and locals.

Officials during a press briefing said such operations will be continued by the upazila administration in the light of government directives to deal with the second wave of Covid-19.
