Speaking as the chief guest at the seminar, Bangladesh Computer Council Executive Director Ranjit Kumar said, Metaverse does not need anything new, only talent is needed. Students should be made interested in this sector. The world is moving fast and there is no room to exclude technology. Poor connectivity will not stand a chance of doing well in the age of the metaverse. So the government is working on connectivity.
Educator and e-learning expert Dr Badrul Huda Khan said in his keynote speech, "If we do not move forward in the metaverse with the world, then we will fall behind in advanced technology." Government should come forward in this sector. Metaverse will bring huge changes in the education sector. It should also be ensured that everyone gets the opportunity to use Metaverse.
In the discussion, the speakers said, due to the Metaverse, the virtual world of the Internet will seem like the real world where human communication will be multidimensional. Through Metaverse technology, something can not only be seen, but also be immersed in it.
Metaverse technology may seem like a version of virtual reality or VR for now. But it is actually much more than that. This technology will make the online virtual world feel like the real world.
