Nayak Raj Razzak passed away in 2017. At that time, various organizations of the film industry in Bangladesh had promised to do many things under the name of Nayak Raj. The most notable of which was rename a street after him or name a floor at BFDC.

Though a long time has passed, nothing was done in honour of Razzak. However, his family did not feel offended in the slightest.

However, on February 21, Razzak’s wife and eldest son Bapparaj, went to the Hermitage Guest House in Radhanagar, Srimangal. There, Razzak’s family was taken by surprise. A new bungalow at the guest house built six months ago has been dedicated to Nayak Raj Razzak.

The dedication letter states 'In remembrance of Nayak Raj Razzak, who has graced this place with his presence multiple times. Bapparaj became very emotional after seeing the dedication in the name of his father.

Bapparaj said, ‘My family and I are very grateful to the esteemed Sultana Faizun Nahar aunt. We visited the guest house for a few days without knowing anything. But there we received so much love and adoration that we were stunned. After Abba’s death, many people promised to do many things. I realized, nothing will happen as time goes by. I realized that my prediction was coming true. But one single person changed my belief. We are deeply indebted to Faizun Nahar aunt for her love. I became teary eyed after seeing her love and respect for Abba. Amma also became emotional.’

Sultana Faizun Nahar said, ‘My favorite hero is Nayak Raj Razzak. Although I am a lawyer by profession, I have been busy with this guest house for the past several years. The last time he came here he told me he would visit again. But he could not come. I was really upset by his passing. I dedicated the new bungalow to him as I have a great respect for him.’
