BTV Ctg centre airs ‘Megh o Dadu’

Bangladesh Television Chittagong centre has aired a special drama titled ‘Megh o Dadu’ on the occasion of 53rd Independence Day of Bangladesh at 6:30 pm on Sunday. The drama has rebroadcasted on Monday at 4pm.

The drama was started by displaying a scene of television where the presenter was reading the news of Russia and Ukraine war. Hearing the news of war, grandson feel interested to learn about 1971 war. He asks his grandfather about the liberation war of Bangladesh. The drama moves forward with the conversation of Grandfather and Grandchildren. 

The drama creates attraction among the large number of audiences and children since it is created using modern technology. The drama also shows the issue of bringing back the barren land of Chittagong hills.

The play is produced by Arindam Mukherjee Binku. Kamrul Hasan Badal's story is dramatized by Sourav Shakhawat. Alok Ghosh Pintu, Mosharraf Bhuiyan Palash, Abdul Mannan, Jannatul Ferdous Drishti, Rahima Akhtar Prama, Deepan, Ibran, Munib, Shatabdi Sakhawat, Sahrabdi Sakhawat, Shaswat Sakhawat acted in various roles.
