A seminar titled ‘Bio-Industrial Research Initiative’ was held at Rajshahi University on Sunday. Bangladesh-Sino Research Institute organized the seminar in conference room of Life and Earth Science faculty of the university around 12 pm.
During the seminar, representatives of the institute from both Bangladesh China, presented key note papers respectively. The institute’s essentiality and goals were discussed at that time.
Professor M Manjur Hossain, chief coordinator of Bangladesh Bio-Industrial Research Institute’s implementing committee said that the institute would keep an important role in field of research sectors of both Bangladesh and China. If “Chinese Belt and Road Initiative: Bio-Industrial Research Opportunities between Bangladesh and China” is being implemented, the country’s economic speed will be increased. Besides, the students of Bangladesh who will go to China, they will be benefited highly to do the standard research globally.
Huazhong Agricultural University representatives—College of Life Science and Technology vice-dean Jhow Xiwanxian, Institute of Science and Technology Development vice-dean Jhow Hui, College of Life Science and Technology professor Kow Angrong and Bio-Industrial Research Institute’s implementing committee assistant coordinator professor M Nazrul Islam with other teachers were also present on the occasion.
