Bashundhara Group hands over oxygen cylinders to Narsingdi hospital

Bashundhara Group has donated 100 oxygen cylinders to the 100-bed Covid-19 dedicated hospital in Narsingdi district. The oxygen cylinders were handed over in the conference room of Narsingdi Deputy Commissioner at 4 pm on Saturday. Narsingdi Deputy Commissioner Abu Naeem Mohammad Maruf Khan was present as the chief guest at the handover programme

During the programme, Bashundhara Group was represented by Bashundhara Group Executive Director Nazmul Alam Bhuiyan, East West Property Development (Pvt) Ltd Executive Director (Estate) and Chief Coordinator (Sales and Development) Mahbubur Rahman Tuhin and General Manager (Urban Planning) Mahbubur Rahman Tuhin .

 In addition, District Civil Surgeon. Dr Nurul Islam, Additional Deputy Commissioner Mushfiqur Rahman, caretaker of the 100-bed Covid-19 dedicated hospital Dr Shital Chowdhury and other officials were also present.

 On behalf of Bashundhara Group, Mahbubur Rahman said that Bashundhara Group has been working to prevent Covid-19 infection rate increasing in the country. 

They have been assisting the government since the beginning of Covid-19 epidemic. Following this, the International Bashundhara Convention Center built a 2,000-bed Covid-19 Hospital. In addition, health care and food distribution activities are ongoing throughout the country. It will be continued in the future. At present, Bashundhara Group has undertaken the distribution of oxygen cylinders across the country. In continuation of this, 100 oxygen cylinders are being handed over for Narsingdi Covid-19 dedicated hospital on Saturday.
