Bangladesh Association of Contact Center and Outsourcing (BACCO) members are participating ICTWEEK Uzbekistan at the Congress Tower, Samarkand, Uzbekistan. The ICTWEEK will continue till October 27.
BACCO President Wahid Sharif presented the current scenario of the ICT and BPO industries of Bangladesh before the audience. He illustrated the success stories, sagas of development and highlighted on the inevitable support and patronization from Bangladesh Government in the flourishment of this sector holistically.
BACCO Secretary General Towhid Hossain spoke on ‘Training & Employment of BPO Specialists’ at a panel discussion. He highlighted on the current condition of training and skills development in the BPO industry and depicted the schemes undertaken by the Government of Bangladesh for eradicating the existing skills gap in the industry.
In this glorious event, more than 300 delegates from 20 countries around the world participated. A pavilion has been procured by BACCO on the premises, where the participating organizations are showcasing their products, services and proudly flaunting their success stories, previous achievements to the visitors coming from various countries around the globe.
An audio-visual illustrating the overall BPO industry of Bangladesh and BACCO is also being displayed at the stall.
Visitors are also being illuminated on the prospects and potentials of Bangladesh as a fastest growing offshore BPO destination through booklets and brochures. Many of the global investors have already showed interest in the BPO market of Bangladesh on the event.
