Ansar Battalion-6 in Netrakona stands beside the poor and jobless people who are stranded at their home due to corona virus for about last two months.
Recently Ansar Battalion-6 in Netrakona distributed food items for Eid to 125 jobless, helpless and distressed people who have been facing serious difficulties due to corona virus spread in the district on Monday last at Zaria Ansar Battalion Camp.
Md Hira Miah, Director Ansar and Village Defence Range, Mymenshing distributed food items among the jobless, helpless and distressed people as the chief guest, while Ziaul Hasan, Director of Netrakona Ansar Battalion, Md Zinnatul Islam , Assistant Director, Netrakona Ansar Battalion and Company Commander (CO) M Samsuzzaman were present as the special guests.
A total of 125 needy and poor people who have been facing severe crisis of food got aid and food items from Ansars in Netrakona. The food items included rice, potatos, onions, dal, sugar, samai, soabin oil and soaps.
It may be noted here that the Ansar and the recipients ensured social distance as a part of protecting themselves from the possible infection of corona virus which spread as a pandemic among the people in both rural and urban areas equally.
