A mobile court seized 50,000 metres of illegal current net worth Tk 20 lakh from two shops of Hathazari upazila in Chattogram on Tuesday, reports BSS.
The court also fined a Net Shop Taka 10 thousand and sealed off another shop at Darus Salam Clothes store.
Based on Information that huge illegal nets were stored at the two shops for using at Halda river, Mohammad Ruhul Amin, Upazila Nirbahi officer and executive Magistrate of Hathazari upazila recovered the nets from a Net Shop and Darus Salam Clothes store at the said area.
